• Dear Matt and Sarah, This note should have been written a long time ago and we apologize for not getting it to you sooner. We wanted to tell you both how much your kindness has meant to us over these past few years as we have had to say goodbye to so many of our loved ones. Though the loss doesn’t get easier, knowing you are both there to help us with the preparations is such a comfort. You somehow make us laugh and feel very taken care of and for that, there is simply not enough thanks to offer you. Please feel free to share this note on your website so others may know that you both offer care, compassion, understanding, respect, and great depth of humanity to those with two legs and four.

I flew on sat night to New Castle because my 15-year-old Tiny passed that morning and called to the Hillcrest to get info to get him cremated and took him first thing on Monday morning and took care of him.
